Testing Peers Conference

After the success of the first ever Testing Peers Conference in 2024, we Did it, this time bigger and better we’re hoping to host 250 people this time and managed to get about 175 on the day.

Like the Testing Peers podcast, we will focus on leadership, quality and testing. It’s going to be run by the community for the community and will welcome anyone – from people new to testing and wanting to get into the field, Development, Product, Delivery or even CEO’s.

This year’s theme was: Testing Horizons: Navigating Career Paths, Embracing Diversity, and Cultivating Unique Perspectives in Software Testing

Our aim is a low-cost event with a couple of tracks, largely funded through sponsorship.

To be upfront we don’t commit to paying speakers for this event. We appreciate this isn’t ideal, but we aim to be a low-cost event with few sponsors. However in 2025 we managed to get more in sponsorship than costs so for the first time we offered speakers a choice of a £200 payment or donation to a charity of their choice. Any money we don’t spend on the event in 2025 will go to sponsoring people to attend great events, charities nominated by speakers and towards 2026. It’s a choice and we’re aware it will limit some who submits but keeping it low cost and accessible is important to us.
