Partners
#Peerscon is built by the community, for the community, for those who care about quality.
We’re not trying to build a profit machine, we’re trying to keep tickets accessible, bring great people together, and create a space that actually feels useful (and human). We’re not a corporate expo. We’re a space where testers share ideas, learn from each other, and connect honestly.
That’s where our partners come in; your support directly lowers the cost of attendance and helps more people be part of the community whilst bringing ideas and opportunity to the community.
In return, we offer meaningful access to a highly engaged audience, not just logo placement.

Who you’ll reach

This isn’t a passive audience; they’re active, curious, and community-driven. Our audience isn’t just browsing, they’re actively shaping how quality engineering is done in their organisations.
Why Partner With Us?
Testing Peers Conference is built by the community, for the community.
We’re not a corporate expo — we’re a space where testers share ideas, learn from each other, and connect honestly.
We’re looking for partners who want to:
- Engage with the testing community
- Share knowledge, not just marketing
- Support accessibility in tech events
If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
Some of our partners have run CV workshops, bug hunts, puzzles, and quizzes. We have found over the years that the more engaging and fun the connection, the more both attendees and the partner get out of the event.
How you can be Involved
We don’t do rigid tiers; it’s not really our style, but we appreciate that partners need an idea of what’s possible.
So instead, we’ve outlined three typical ways to get involved.

Partner FAQ
Partner FAQ
1. What does partnering with Testing Peers Conference support?
Partnership helps us keep the conference accessible, community-led, and useful for attendees. Your support contributes directly to keeping ticket prices lower and improving the overall event experience, bringing useful context to attendees
2. What kind of audience will we reach?
You’ll reach a focused software testing and quality engineering audience, including practitioners, SDETs, QA/test engineers, automation specialists, senior leaders, heads of QA/test, consultants, and early-career community members. Above are some of our most asked for Stats in who you’ll reach, but if you have other questions, we’ll be happy to help.
3. Do you offer fixed sponsorship tiers?
Not in a rigid Bronze/Silver/Gold way. We outline a few typical “flavours” of partnership, so you know what’s possible, then shape the details around what works for you, the event, and the community. You can also simply donate if you wish via our ticketing page
4. Can small businesses or independent consultants partner with you?
Yes. You don’t need to be a big company to support the event. We’re open to smaller, lighter-touch partnerships where the fit is right and the contribution adds value for all. Over the years, we’ve had a blend of different-sized partners, and value the diversity this brings.
5. Can larger companies get broader visibility?
Yes. Larger partners can usually get wider visibility across the event, website, LinkedIn, podcast, and attendee experience. We still keep things balanced so the event doesn’t feel owned or dominated by any one company, but we will work with you to ensure everyone gets value.
6. Can partners buy a speaking slot?
No. We don’t sell speaking slots or programme influence. The conference programme is independently curated and community-led. Having that we can put things on alongside the main programme – e.g., workshops, demos, etc.
7. Can partners contribute to the experience around the programme?
Yes. Partners can support things like breaks, socials, podcast content, community activities, or useful extras around the event. The key point is that it adds to the attendee experience without becoming pay-to-play content.
8. Will we receive attendee contact details?
No, not as standard. We don’t hand over attendee lists or encourage spammy lead capture. Partners are welcome to create opt-in ways for attendees to connect, and we encourage genuine conversations over cold outreach.
9. What visibility can partners expect?
Depending on the partnership, visibility may include website presence, LinkedIn mentions, podcast mentions or content, event comms, on-site presence, signage, and post-event thanks. We’ll agree on this clearly up front.
10. What makes a good partner for this event?
A good partner cares about the testing and quality community, wants to support accessible events, and is interested in meaningful engagement rather than just extracting leads. If you want honest conversations with the right people, you’ll probably fit in.
11. How will it be invoiced?
We can be flexible, we tend to have a formal partnership agreement and also send out formal invoices. But we should make clear we’re a non-profit community enterprise – run by a small group in the quality community, we’re not VAT registered as we’re below the threshold. Though we are always transparent with costs, which you can see on our home page.
