Testers and Quality Folk are pivotal in fostering a culture of inclusion, as their focus on quality uniquely positions them to advocate for diversity of thought. We will discuss practical strategies for creating psychologically safe environments within different spheres of influence where all voices are equal, allowing for ideas to build on top of each other and lead to innovation in people, process and product quality.

  • Techniques for transparent and non-violent communication that promote collaboration.

Lauren works as an Engineering Manager with a background in Quality Coaching. Her people first, organic quality approach has helped scale engineering teams across the globe ranging from unicorn start-ups to FTSE 250 companies. Lauren holds curiosity in her heart and is a passionate supporter of changing the narrative around dyslexia.
