Things I Learned being a new(ish) Quality Manager

In this talk I will tell the story of how I became a new(ish) Quality manager. I’ll talk about the mind-set shift I had to make. How I’ve bought and read a load of books on the subject and obsessed over what it meant to lead/ manage. This included bringing my “why” to the group and the mistakes I made and still make. For new quality leaders and managers the talk will provide some insight into the journey and how it never really finishes. For those seasoned there will hopefully be some items of information that can be taken away for your context.
